General Policies

Wangfoozle by PCS Creations specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price.  If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or policies, please contact our customer service department.  We strive to keep a good inventory of items and sizes, we do at times have to order in items that may be subject to unavailability or on backorder.  We will notify you if any items have to be backordered, and an estimated delivery time.  This way you can choose to wait for the item, or choose another item.
 

Payments

Wangfoozle by PCS Creations accepts payments by credit card.  Credit card payments are processed through our secure server. Wangfoozle accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.  If you prefer, credit card information can be faxed toll free:  1-888- 869-9228, or you may call with your order Toll Free 1-888-292-4401  Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM Central Time.

At Wangfoozle by PCS Creations, your payment information is encrypted and then saved to our 100% secure database.  No credit card or personal information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means.  Your information is kept private.  We do not share your private information with anyone.

Refunds

Because of the personalized nature of our items we do not accept returns.  However, if an error has been made on our part, items may be returned, as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 10 days of the order date.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date.  If you have questions on returns, please contact our customer service department at custserv@wangfoozle.com
